PROGRAM INFORMATION

About the program:

From July 2011 to May 2012, Sun Printing will be awarding one 501(c)3 organization per month a $500 donation. In June of 2012, each of the eleven (11) monthly winners will compete for the Sun Printing Nonprofit of the year. The winning organization will receive an additional $1,000 donation from Sun.

How to nominate an organization:

Each month, Sun Printing will accept nominations on the Sun Printing Inc. Facebook page (www.facebook.com/SunPrintingInc). Nominations must be made by posting the full name of the organization on the Sun Printing Inc wall. Nominations will be accepted from 12:01 a.m. on the first of each month until 11:59 p.m. the last day of each month. Only one entry per person per day will be accepted.

What organizations are eligible to win:

Nominations will only be accepted for S.C. nonprofit organizations that are registered organizations in good standing with the S.C. Secretary of State's Office. The qualified organization with the highest number of nominations will be named the Sun Printing Nonprofit of the Month. An organization can only receive the award one time per calendar year. All winning organizations from July 2011 to May 2012 will be entered to win the Sun Printing Nonprofit of the Year during June of 2012. The Nonprofit of the Year winner will receive an additional $1,000 donation from Sun.

Rules and Regulations

Chances of winning depends on the number of nominations received during the contest period. Sun Printing reserves the right to change the Contest rules or terminate or withdraw the Contest at any time, without prior notice. Upon acceptance of the award, winning organizations hereby agree, except where prohibited, that Sun Printing may use its name and logo for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation. By accepting the award, the winner agrees that Sun Printing, its affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall be held harmless for and against any damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Contest. This Contest is void where prohibited by law is subject to all Federal, State, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations of the Contest.
